Our property uses a digital access system.
For security reasons, every guest must complete online check-in before entering the building.
The process only takes a few minutes.
How It Works
Go to our website and click "Check In"
Visit www.motz19.de.
On the top right of the homepage, click the "Check In" button in the menu.
Log in with your Reservation ID
Enter your Reservation ID to access your booking.
Complete the online check-in
Fill in your guest details and take a photo of a valid government-issued ID (passport, ID card, driver's license, residence permit).
This step is required for legal registration and security purposes.
Receive your personal PIN
Once check-in is completed, your door PIN will be generated and sent to you.
Enter the building
Use your PIN on the keypad at: main entrance, any intermediate doors and your room door.
